We have normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

We have additional weekend hours for scheduled appointments from 12:00pm-5:00pm.

After hours are available upon request for consultations and pick-up/drop-off/delivery of equipment.

We are located in the heart of the Triad, in Kernersville, North Carolina. This allows us easy access to Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and the surrounding areas. If onsite service is needed, we are a short drive to all of our current customers.

We also provide remote support options for our customers. Want to get help from home without having to put on your makeup or tie your tie first? No problem! We offer a number of on-demand, remote assistance solutions for one-time support as well as ongoing support agreements.

We accept personal checks, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and a few other forms. Let us know if you have a preferred payment method.

If you think your computer has a virus, the first thing to do is limit its use. Disconnect it from your home network and remove any other devices (external USB drives, network cables, or phones plugged into it) from the computer.

The next thing to do is to have your device inspected by a professional. Sixpence IT's trained technicians are capable of assessing infections and recommending remedies. Your solution may require individual considerations to preserve your files and information. Typically, a consultation takes a half hour to one hour.

Depending on the scope of the project and the extent of existing issues, the consultation may require a longer visit.

Yes! If you prefer to drop off your device for repairs or configuration, you can come by our remote office and we can get to work on it right away.

We respect your personal space, privacy and social distancing concerns, and there's no reason for that to prevent you from getting a quality, professional consultation from the privacy and comfort of your own home or office. Upon request, we can provide a consultation using phone, web session, or email. Just let us know if you have a preference!
